How To Order:
- From the Drop Down Select Height (Width can vary depending on the shape of letter or number.)
- Select the Quantity of 3D Letters or Numbers to purchase
- In the personalization box please include:
"3D Number or Letter of your choice and Name to be added"

** You don't need to include design details as we have already discuss them via messages. I will attach those notes.**


✂️ MATERIALS:
3D Letter/ Number is made from Paper Cardstock.
Height Options Available 7- 11 Inches Tall. Width can vary depending on the shape of the letter or Number.



How custom orders work:
- Please submit your custom order including details that can help with designing.
- Once order is received it is added to our design queue. Current Processing time is 2-3 Weeks. (Shipping time not included)
- Once we begin working on your order we will send a computer preview for approval. Changes can be made at this point.
- Once we get your final approval we will handcraft your order and ship.
- Tracking information is sent once order has been shipped.

USPS has announced shipping delays due to upcoming holidays and weather conditions. CalitheMaker has no control of USPS delays please plan accordingly when ordering.

Friendly Reminders:

- CalitheMaker Processing time for Custom Orders can Vary and will be discussed individually.
- CalitheMaker ONLY works by Processing Turnaround Time and NOT by Date needed by. It is buyers responsibility to plan accordingly.
- CalitheMaker is not liable for STOLEN Packages and will NOT issue refunds nor ship replacing product.
- If you have experienced lost or delayed mail please purchase USPS Priority Mail.
- Packages lost or damaged by USPS. Buyer must file a claim with USPS by visiting https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm and USPS requires to have an online account.
- CalitheMaker will only assist with filing a claim with USPS for purchases above $100. No refunds and replacing product will issued. We will wait until USPS resolves claim. Usually it can take 5-7 weeks.
- Only USPS Priority and USPS Priority Express mail are insured up to $100.
- USPS First Class Mail is not insured. If lost, stolen or damaged there is nothing CalitheMaker can do.
